Born in Lancashire, United Kingdom in 1968, Neil is a sales director, business author, speaker, advisor and consultant.
Schooled in Walsall, he originally worked in the IT sector until beginning work in recruitment consultancy in 1989.
Working with blue chip clients as well as Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), he progressed from being a Consultant to
owning his own practice, Mosaic Associates in 1996. A multi-disciplined professional services company, Mosaic comprised a
software house, an
Interim Management Service Provider, a Management consulting company and an IT recruitment company.
Headquartered in the UK, Mosaic had offices in Cape Town, Amsterdam and Mayfair, facilitating Clients in UK, USA, Netherlands,
South Africa, Germany and Austria.
Upon dismantling and selling off the component business units in 2001, he then set up a Business Growth & Innovation company in order to provide expertise in increasing the top-line, reducing cost-of-sales and maximising the
bottom-line. This includes acting as Sales Director, Sales Manager, Consultant, Advisor, and Non-Executive Director.
Between 1993 and December 2008, Neil has consulted with and presented to over 1,200 business professionals and he has been described as a 'connector'.
