In a capacity as non-executive director, Neil is a member of your board of directors but does not form part of the executive management team.
His is differentiated from inside directors, who are members of the board also serving as executive managers of the company
(most often as corporate officers).
As an NED to your business, his responsibilities are:
Strategy: constructively challenging and contributing to the development of your strategy
Performance: scrutinising the performance of management in meeting agreed goals and objectives

Please be aware that, for reasons of practicality, Neil can only personally by NED for a maximum of 3 organisations at any one time and they cannot conflict with his permanent or consultancy work. Colleague Executives within his network are available
for NED work and this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
