Workshops
Rather than using the (invariably) ineffective approach of Training, Neil uses workshops, tied in with mentoring and support to help teams achieve Business Growth goals.

Whether it is stand-alone or part of a programme, his Workshops are based on experiences but, with prior consultation, are fine-tuned to suit the exact needs of the people attending.

Simply put, training on it's own doesn't work.

What does work is introducing new information and then providing an aftercare programme to ensure that the information is absorbed and used. Action serves to embed the knowledge.
